The Founder's Approach
From my early days in law school, I forged a reputation as a legal rebel—someone unafraid to challenge the powers that be in the pursuit of justice. It was only natural that I became a litigator, focusing on civil litigation and dispute resolution. I've always taken a no-nonsense approach to the law.
Where I truly come alive is in the courtroom. I thrive on the adrenaline, the drama, and the thrill of the legal battle.
My journey began with a bang, claiming both the Governor General's Medal and the University Gold Medal at the University of Manitoba, achieving the highest academic standing. I then attended law school at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, the #1 ranked law school in Canada by Times Higher Education World University Rankings and QS World University Rankings. It is there where I learned from many of Canada’s best and brightest legal minds.
By my final year of law school, I was advocating for individuals in need up against Crown Prosecutors in courtrooms across Toronto almost every week.
What sets me apart is my background in sports and international track and field competition. I grew up being judged on stage, facing the relentless pressure of defending multiple championship titles, and competing on the international stage. This diverse experience equips me to thrive under the intense pressure of high-stakes litigation.
My inaugural year of practice saw me standing as co-counsel in BC's first Supreme Court civil jury trial since the pandemic—a testament to my unwavering commitment to courtroom advocacy that contributed to over half a million dollars being awarded to the client.
But beyond the courtroom drama, I understand that those who come to me for help are often experiencing tremendous personal crisis. I take immense pride in humanizing their experience and acting as a buffer between them and the justice system.

- Appearances before the Provincial Court and Superior Court of Ontario, and, the Residential Tenancy Branch, Provincial Court, and Supreme Court of British Columbia.
- Co-counsel on a 3 week BC Supreme Court personal injury jury trial that resulted in over a half million dollar award to the client.
- Advised other counsel on several multi million dollar plaintiff personal injury cases.
- Advised other counsel on insurance disputes, estate disputes, construction disputes, breach of contract claims, negligence claims, medical malpractice claims, commercial disputes, wrongful dismissal claims, and defamation defenses.
- Numerous clients in need saved from unjust criminal records through negotiations with Crown Counsel and advocacy.
- Wrote the demand letter that resulted in an at-large public official turning themselves in.
